All SOFIA MARIA Jewellery items are constructed by hand in Sydney, Australia. We use recycled metals whenever possible. All our materials are locally sourced - recycled or mined in Australia.

Sofia Maria Jewellery is made exclusively from fine metals: gold and platinum.

Jewellery should be kept away from water and humid environments. Please store in a secure, dry place between wears.

Pure gold doesn’t tarnish or corrode, but the metals alloyed with the gold can. Therefore the higher the carat of gold and less alloyed metal present, the more durable and stable in colour over time.

Gemstones and even diamonds can crack or chip without proper care, for example if they impact the wrong material.

Chemicals and some household substances can weaken metal or damage the colour, clarity or lustre of gemstones.

Our warranty policy covers all defects in materials or workmanship for one year. Damage due to neglect, abuse, or natural wear and tear will be repaired at cost.
